I GREEN DAY SUONERANNO ALL’ EVENTO BENEFICO GLOBAL CITIZEN FESTIVAL DI NEW YORK IL 23 SETTEMBRE
È stato annunciato oggi che i Green Day si esibiranno in occasione del Global Citizen Festival di quest’anno, che si svolgerà a New York. Il festival si svolgerà il 23 settembre, a Central Park. I Green Day condivideranno il palco con grandi nomi: Stevie Wonder, The Killers, The Lumineers, e The Chainsmokers. Tra gli ospiti speciali anche Pharrell Williams, Big Sean, Andra Day, e Alessia Cara. Negli Stati Uniti il festival sarà trasmesso indiretta su MSNBC e MSNBC.com
Il Global Citizen Festival è organizzato da Global Poverty Project ed è un evento che mire a raccogliere fondi ed a diffondere consapevolezza, sulla estrema povertà che c’è nel mondo.
